Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
After processing, your order will typically be delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of:
Damaged or defective products, or
Incorrect items received due to a production error.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@dhvglobal.shop, including:
Your order number,
A brief description of the problem, and
Clear photos showing the issue.
Once your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Because production begins immediately after payment, orders cannot be canceled or changed once confirmed.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
