At DHV Creations, every product is made especially for you through our print-on-demand process. Because of this personalized production, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if there’s any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at contact@dhvglobal.shop and include clear photos of the issue along with your order number.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong design, color, or size due to a production error.

Once your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Orders placed by mistake.

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Incorrect sizes, colors, or designs chosen by the customer.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To start a claim, email us at contact@dhvglobal.shop with the following details:

  1. Your full name and order number.

  2. A short description of the issue.

  3. Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error.

If approved, you will receive further instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process unapproved returns.


Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
